This product is used for bonding,repairing and packaging of workpiece under high temperature working condition below 1800℃

How to use
1. surface treatment: Precoated parts should be clean, dry and rough (note: not to expose fresh base material)
 
2. The preparation: Make A and B two components mix uniformly according to the mixing weight ratio A:B = 4:1.
 
3. Coating: Apply the adjusted material evenly to the construction site or according to the requirements of the working condition.
 
4. Curing: Cure for 4 to 6 hours at room temperature 25 deg C,heat it up to the temperature of 80 deg C,and keep this temperature for 2 hours,then heat it up to the temperature of 150 to 250 deg C,
and keep this temperature for 1 to 2 hours.
 
Notes:
1. Put into use at least 5-7 days after curing at room temperature;
2, do not directly heating or heating speed too fast, cooling speed should not be too fast, the best use of furnace cooling.
 
Special version:
1.The product parameter is obtained for laboratory testing,only for reference,due to the actual working condition is more complex,suggest the users to do the pretest according to actual working condition.
2.Attention should be paid to strengthen ventilation during use.
 
Transportation storage
Sealed storage in the cool and dry place.The warranty period is 12 months.Keep away from dangerous sources during storage and transportation.Avoid placing it upside down, knocking against and transporting it as a non-dangerous
product during transportation.
